ONE OF OUR SPECIALITIES IS THE RECYCLING OF PROCESS WASH WATER!
Millions of m3 of drinking water are consumed for washing automobiles each day worldwide and are no longer available for life supporting applications. The GEOIMPULS RRS EASY wash water recycling system is used for cars, trucks and buses. Since December 2005 this successful product line was extended for the recycling of wash water for railways. The first customer of the “RRS EASY RAIL” is the Harz Mountain narrow-gauge vintage steam railway line. This vintage railway line is one of the Top-Ten tourist attractions in Germany with a track exceeding 130 km, all in a scenic nature and hilly surrounding. The railway operates the highest steam railway station in Germany at an altitude of 1.125 m; it overcomes extreme gradients and over 400 bridges and tunnels.
The company transports more than 1,1 Million passengers each year with a staff of 230. Numerous vintage locomotives and carriages exist dating back to 1897, 1914, 1918, 1931, 1939 and the Fifties. The railway attracts steam railway fans from all over the globe. The first RRS EASY RAIL wash water recycling plant works in conjunction with a Kärcher automatic wash installation.
This RRS RAIL has a maximum capacity of 30 m3 of recycled and purified water per hour with a cleaning efficiency of up to 8 µm. Larger capacities are also available. High performance cyclones are combined with micro filtration. The plant works on bio-physical principles only and flocculation substances are not necessary.
The RRS EASY product range is used with numerous car, truck, bus wash operators representing household names and brands, including automotive producers and their dealer networks. We are proud to announce the extension of the RRS product range for the recycling of wash water for railway operations.
