RRS EASY
The huge quantity of drinking water that is used for car wash is no longer available for vital, life supporting applications.
There is a simple and flexible solution for this problem: RRS EASY.
The RRS EASY achieves exceptional performance on wash water purification, without filter elements and free from chemicals.
In a simple but efficient way, the filter free system gives no chance for germs.
It neither knows nuisance caused by bad smells, nor re-flushing and can be mounted on tightest space in the maintenance room.
RRS EASY has proven itself in daily operations at the sharp end. Its fast rate of amortisation is attractive.
„EASY“ stands for labour-saving, simple operation.
The RRS EASY is compatible with all known and also the less popular brands of car wash installations, irrespective of whether they are sourced from Istobal, California, Cecato, Kärcher, Christ, Kleindienst or others.
RRS EASY Features at a Glance
Self-cleaning cyclone filtration. High performance stainless steel cyclones. For particle size up to 0,005 mm (5 µm).Capacity from 5 m3/h to 40 m3/h. Bio-physical system. Chemicals and filter free. No re-flushing. Reduced amounts of sludge; reduced disposal costs. Robust construction, high operational reliability. Reduced maintenance costs. Reduced space requirement. Simple installation or conversion.
Bacterial settlements are reduced. Due to constant pressure and vortex in the system, the bacteria is unable to settle.
It is neither possible for filters to be clogged up, nor is it necessary to exchange a gravel bed. Two tiered oxidation stages prevent the upcoming of smells and the oxygen distributed into the water is available to aerobe microorganisms for the biological degradation of contaminants.
Purification out of the collecting tank through hydro cyclone. Intensive oxygen enrichment through oxygen cyclone within storage and flotation tank. Air bubbles are taken up by suspended matters; the latter are thus lifted to surface and rejected via overflow.Decomposition of contaminants through aerobic microorganisms in sub-surface tanks.

System explained
Step 1: Separation of Dirt Particles From the collecting / removal tank water is pumped through a high performance cyclone. The cyclone system is purifying the water up to a particle size of 0,005 mm (5 µm). Step 2: ROC Oxygen Cyclone - Aeration and Removal of Odours Water, purified from dirt particles, reaches the storage & flotation tank. Here, through a specially designed aeration unit, called ROC (Ribea Oxidation Cyclone), the water is intensively enriched with atmospheric oxygen. Gases are oxidized.

Step 3: Flotation The entire quantity of water is replenished with oxygen from the ROC in the storage & flotation tank. Inside the ROC minute air bubbles are produced. Micro bubbles of air are taken up by suspended matters, lifting them onto the surface of the storage & flotation tank, where they are expelled in the overflow.
Step 4: Biological Decomposition Now, the purified water in the storage tank is available for further processing. It has high oxygen contents. Part of this oxygen rich water is brought into the sub surface basins in order to feed aerobic microorganisms with oxygen. This stimulates increased biological decomposition of contaminants and is efficiently reducing bad odours at the same time.

Oxygen Cyclones
Millions of finest air bubbles at a size between 1 and 5 µm enter the liquid through the cyclone. The efficiency of the oxygen entry is of such intensity that added air is remaining with more than 50% in the water. With only one oxygen cyclone it is possible to replenish entire liquid systems of up to 15 m3 with oxygen.
